Cookie policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and scripts used for the same kinds of purposes (together, “cookies” in this policy).

Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies — set by Rollstack
  • Third-party cookies — set by our partners (for example analytics or advertising providers)

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Make the website work and remember your privacy choices
  • Understand how the site is used
  • Improve content and experience (including embedded media)
  • Measure and improve marketing campaigns
  • Help identify and reach relevant business audiences

3. Your choices

When required, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category.

You can change your mind at any time using Your privacy choices in the website footer (opens our preference center).

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

We group cookies into the following categories, which match the choices shown in our consent banner and preference center.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.

  • Store and honor your cookie / privacy preferences
  • Load Google Tag Manager so other tags can respect your consent choices
  • Support basic site security and operation

Experience

These help improve site experience and enable certain content features.

  • Embedded media such as YouTube videos

These run only if you allow the Experience category.

Measurement

These help us understand traffic, usage, and product/website performance.

  • Google Analytics
  • PostHog
  • Other analytics tools loaded through Google Tag Manager when enabled (for example Microsoft Clarity or similar measurement tools)

These run only if you allow the Measurement category.

Marketing

These are used for advertising, campaign measurement, and business visitor identification / outreach-related tools.

  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • RB2B
  • Reddit Ads
  • Default (default.com)
  • Other marketing or identification tools that may be loaded through Google Tag Manager when enabled (for example HubSpot, Clearbit, Unify, or similar)

These run only if you allow the Marketing category.

5. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage many website tags from one place. GTM itself is used to help deploy and control tags. Tags for analytics and marketing are configured to respect your consent choices (including Google Consent Mode where applicable).

6. Cookies and similar technologies we may use

The exact cookies set can change as providers update their services. Common examples include:

Consent / necessary

Cookies or local storage used by our consent manager to remember your choices

Google Analytics / Google tags

Cookies such as _ga, _gid, and related Google tags used for analytics and advertising measurement

PostHog

Cookies / local storage used for product and website analytics (for example distinguishing visitors and remembering session information)

Advertising / marketing partners

Cookies and pixels from providers such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, RB2B, Default, and similar partners used for ads, conversions, and audience insights

Embedded content

Cookies related to YouTube or other embeds when that content is loaded.

For up-to-date details on a specific vendor’s cookies, see that vendor’s own documentation or privacy policy.

7. How long cookies last

Cookies may be:

  • Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies — stored for a set period or until you delete them / withdraw consent

Retention periods vary by provider and purpose.

8. Do not track / global privacy controls

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar signals. How these are interpreted can vary. Where required, we also support managing preferences through our consent tools and applicable privacy rights processes described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
