Self-serve reports on approved metrics
Carry your governed metrics and permissions from the BI layer into every deck the business runs on, and stop fielding screenshot requests.
Your analysts spend the review cycle building other teams' decks
Every team wants its numbers in slides, on its own schedule. The requests land on the people who should be doing the analysis.

Recurring requests crowd out analysis
The same weekly and monthly decks come back every cycle, and each one is rebuilt.
One deck, many versions
Each region, client or team wants its own cut of the same report.
Lineage stops at the dashboard
Once a number is pasted into a slide, nobody can see where it came from.
Every report you run, built once and refreshed from the source
Business reviews, metric trackers and team packs run on the metrics and permissions you already govern in your BI tools, so every deck shows the approved number.
Refresh executive decks straight from your BI tools.
Keep recurring KPI reports current.
Publish one template split by region, and each regional lead gets their own version instead of requesting a filtered copy.
Answer one-off asks from existing templates.
Send model-monitoring and data-quality checks to risk and leadership as a monthly pack, straight from your dashboards.

Questions
Does it respect our row-level permissions?
Access follows the permissions in your BI tool, so people see only what they can already see there. Rollstack adds its own roles for who can build, edit and send.
Do we have to rebuild our dashboards or models?
No. Rollstack connects to the dashboards, tables and sheets you already maintain. The logic stays in your BI layer and warehouse.
What happens when a visualization changes?
Update it in your BI tool and the deck picks up the change on its next refresh. Coolblue replaced an in-house script that broke whenever a chart moved by a pixel.
Can one deck pull from several tools?
Yes. One deck, or one slide, can combine Tableau, Looker, Snowflake and Google Sheets. Tripadvisor runs Tableau, Looker and Google Sheets through a single reporting workflow.
Do you support Databricks or BigQuery?
Databricks, BigQuery and Redshift are coming soon. Today Rollstack connects to Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Omni, Lightdash, Google Sheets and Excel.
How is usage counted?
In syncs. One sync is one chart, table or AI insight refreshed from its source, and plans include a yearly number of syncs with unlimited users.
