Today we're introducing dynamic reports. Most of the reports teams send share the same structure, with different data for each customer, account, team or region. In PowerPoint or Google Slides, that means duplicating a deck for every audience, updating each chart and table by hand, and checking every slide for errors before it goes out. Dynamic reports remove that manual work: you build one template, and Rollstack generates a tailored presentation, document or email for every audience, each populated with the right data automatically.
A dynamic report starts from a template, the base report that sets the layout, the visuals and the story. You then choose a master filter from your data, such as Customer. Each of its values becomes a variant: a copy of the template with the same layout, showing only that value's data. An account manager serving BMW, Tesla, Nissan and Renault can define Customer as the master filter and get four weekly updates from a single template.
Reaching a new audience no longer means building a new deck. When a new customer signs, anyone using the dynamic report creates a variant by picking that customer from the master filter's values, and Rollstack populates the template with their data. Every variant comes from the same template, so the structure your team agreed on holds however many variants you add. And when one dimension isn't enough, you can define more than one master filter to split your data the way your audiences are organized.
The result is personalization at scale without the busywork. Every variant keeps the same branding and structure, shows the charts, tables, images and text that matter to its recipient, and is filled with the latest data from your connected sources. Account managers can send each client a report on their own metrics, and sales teams can tailor a presentation to every prospect, all from one template. See how it works on the dynamic reports page, or book a demo to try it on your own data.
