Introducing email as a destination
If you ever wanted to get your reports out via email, not as an attached report, then this feature is for you. You can now start building data-driven email updates and newsletters in Rollstack.
Our powerful email template builder allows you to create emails that seamlessly incorporate data visualizations from your data sources.
To access this new feature, visit the Rollstack app and visit Destinations > Email
Enhanced Collections roles 🔐
We’re excited to introduce enhanced Collection roles designed to offer greater flexibility and control for your team. Now, collections users can be assigned one of two roles—Admin or Contributor—to match their specific responsibilities:
- Admins take charge of setting up collections and managing key configuration settings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Contributors have access to the collection, allowing them to easily add and manage as many variants as they need, driving faster collaboration and report development.
Destinations Folders 📂
Some say file management is a lost art. At Rollstack, we shout a defiant "No!"
You can now group your destinations into folders, making it easier than ever to manage and access your destinations in Rollstack.
Display last update timestamps in speaker notes ⏱️
We’ve added a new setting to display the time of the last update in your presentation's speaker notes.
When enabled, the speaker notes for each slide will now include a section that shows when its visualizations were last updated.
This nifty feature allows you to quickly determine if the data you’re presenting is up to date without having to leave your presentation.
