Radiance 2027
Radiance 2027 runs February 15 to 17, 2027 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. HighRadius Radiance is the company's annual conference for finance operations: accounts receivable, cash application, B2B payments, accounts payable, close, treasury and consolidation. HighRadius expects more than 1,500 people from the office of the CFO, and it bills the event as the world's largest conference for CFOs.
It's also a vendor's user conference, and that shapes who should go. This guide covers the dates and venue, the three passes and what they cost, what's on the agenda for each role, travel and an honest answer on whether it's worth it if you don't run HighRadius. It also covers what happens after you fly home, when the numbers your team improved have to show up in the reports the CFO reads.

What is HighRadius?
HighRadius sells software that automates finance operations work: order to cash, B2B payments, close and reconciliation, accounts payable, treasury and risk, and consolidation and reporting. Its pitch centers on AI agents that take over repetitive tasks such as cash application, collections and reconciliations. HighRadius lists agentic AI use cases first among its breakout topics, so expect that theme throughout the event.
Radiance is where HighRadius shows its roadmap, trains users and brings customers together. Most sessions tie back to one of its six product areas.
That work makes the numbers better: faster cash, lower days sales outstanding, a shorter close. Those results still have to reach the CFO and the board, usually in a deck someone builds by hand. That's where Rollstack works, and we'll come back to it near the end.
What is Radiance?
Radiance is HighRadius's annual customer and prospect conference. The 2027 edition has three days of content inside an NFL stadium, with the social program built around the venue.
Expect four kinds of content:
- Breakout sessions. 80+ of them, covering agentic AI use cases, product roadmaps and finance thought leadership. Many are led by customers describing their own projects.
- Super User Trainings. 18 hour-long product workshops led by HighRadius experts. Bring a laptop.
- Roundtables. 24 industry and product roundtables. HighRadius warns they fill fast.
- Product time. Live demos, 1:1s with HighRadius experts and user groups for Cforia and ActiveWorx customers and for new customers.
There's also an evening program: themed parties, an "Experience NFL" stadium tour, and the Value Creation Awards for customers.
Who should attend Radiance 2027?
Radiance is built for finance operations teams that run, or are about to run, HighRadius software. Go if you are one of these:
- AR, credit and collections leaders who want to see how other companies automate cash application and collections, and what's coming next on the roadmap.
- Controllers and close leads working on reconciliation and a faster month-end close.
- Treasury and AP leads on HighRadius, or deciding whether to add those modules.
- Finance transformation and systems leads who own the HighRadius rollout and need to train their team.
- VPs of finance and CFOs evaluating HighRadius, who want to hear customers describe results in person before signing.
HighRadius has separate paths on its site for people new to HighRadius and people evaluating it, so non-customers are welcome. Still, most of the agenda assumes you use the software. If you don't, and don't plan to, a broader finance event such as the AFP FP&A Forum will cover more of your job.

Close & Reconciliation
Best for controllers and close leads. Prioritize it if your month-end close runs long or reconciliations still live in spreadsheets.
Accounts Payable
Best for AP leads and shared-services managers. Prioritize it if invoice processing is still manual.
Treasury & Risk
Best for treasury leads. Prioritize it if cash forecasting depends on someone's spreadsheet.
Consolidation & Reporting
Best for controllers and FP&A partners. Prioritize it if consolidation across entities slows down your close.

Speakers to watch at Radiance 2027
HighRadius hadn't named its 2027 keynote speakers when we checked. HighRadius describes its 80+ breakouts as peer-led. The agenda page lists sessions from companies including Ingram Micro, Baker Hughes, ResMed, Danone, Zimmer Biomet and Cisco, though parts of that page still carry 2026 dates, so check the final list before you plan around one session.
The customer sessions are the main reason to go. Look for a company your size, in your industry, with your ERP, and ask what their numbers looked like before and after.
Training and hands-on sessions
This is where Radiance differs from most finance conferences:
- Super User Trainings. 18 hour-long workshops on HighRadius products. They're the fastest way for a new admin to get competent. Bring a laptop.
- Roundtables. 24 small-group discussions by industry or product. HighRadius warns they reach capacity fast; at least one pass includes early roundtable registration.
- 1:1s with HighRadius experts. Bring a specific configuration problem.
- CPE. Up to 15 credits.
Super user training is listed among the pass inclusions, and the Super User Pass carries the name, but check the packages page for which pass includes which sessions before you buy.
Expo, user groups and partner events
Radiance is a single-vendor event, so there's no large multi-vendor expo of the kind you'd find at AFP. The product time is HighRadius's own: live demos, expert 1:1s and user groups for Cforia, ActiveWorx and new customers. HighRadius customers on its steering committee also meet during the event.
If you're evaluating HighRadius, this is the best place to talk to customers away from a sales call. Ask them one more question while you're there: once the AR and close numbers improve, how do they reach the CFO? Many finance teams automate the operations work and still build the monthly review deck by hand.
Is Radiance 2027 worth it?
For HighRadius customers, yes, if you send the right people. Training, roadmap sessions and peers running the same software in one place are hard to get any other way.
It's most worth it if you are:
- A HighRadius customer with a new admin or a new module to roll out.
- Evaluating HighRadius and wanting to hear customers describe results in person.
- An AR or close leader who wants peers' numbers to set your own targets.
It's less useful if you don't use HighRadius and aren't evaluating it. Much of the content assumes the software. An independent finance event will cover more vendors and more of the CFO's agenda.
Radiance 2027 pricing and registration
Prices as of November 2026, from HighRadius's packages page. Thanksgiving prices run through December 15, 2026, and the page shows each pass at its Thanksgiving price, with the listed price struck through:
- Day Pass: $699 (listed $999), valid for one day of your choice
- Act Now Pass: $999 (listed $1,399) for three days, HighRadius's standard admission
- Super User Pass: $1,199 (listed $1,699) for three days. HighRadius says it sold out early last time.
Listed inclusions across the passes include super user training, early roundtable registration, the stadium tour, a day 0 kickoff, the breakout sessions, a live product demo, presentation and recording access, and the themed party. The page doesn't make clear which pass gets which, so check before you buy.
Prices can change; confirm on the packages page before you submit a budget request.
Radiance promo code or discount code
As of November 4, 2026, HighRadius hasn't published a public promo code for Radiance 2027. The main discount is the Thanksgiving pricing, which ends December 15, 2026. If you're a customer, ask your HighRadius account team whether customer pricing applies.
Hotels and travel for Radiance 2027
HighRadius hadn't published an official hotel block when we checked. Mercedes-Benz Stadium is in downtown Atlanta, so a downtown hotel keeps you close.
A few things to know before you book:
- Fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL). It's one of the best-connected airports in the US, so direct flights are easy to find.
- Consider MARTA. Atlanta's rail system runs from the airport to downtown, which can beat a rideshare at rush hour.
- Stay downtown. Hotels near the stadium and Centennial Olympic Park mean a short walk each morning.
- Book early if your company needs approval. Watch the Radiance site for a room block before you book elsewhere.
Practical tips for Radiance attendees
- Register for roundtables as soon as you can. HighRadius says they fill fast.
- Send your admin to the Super User Trainings. Bring a laptop.
- Split the product areas across your team. Use the grid above so two people don't sit in the same session.
- Bring one problem. "How do we get cash application above our current match rate?" gets better answers than a general list.
- Find a customer like you. Same ERP, same industry, similar volume. Their numbers are the useful ones.
- Wear comfortable shoes. A stadium has long walks between rooms.
- Take notes by problem, not by session title. It makes the write-up for your team much faster.

Radiance dress code
HighRadius doesn't publish a dress code. Business casual is the safe choice for sessions. Pack something warmer for evenings in Atlanta in February, and check the theme before the party night.

"Our BI tool already exports to PowerPoint" is a fair objection. An export or an embedded page shows the dashboard as it is. It doesn't follow your template, write the commentary, or produce a version for every entity. That's the gap.

HighRadius hasn't announced a livestream or virtual pass for Radiance 2027. The packages page lists "presentation and recording access" among pass inclusions, which suggests recordings for attendees, but it doesn't say which passes get them. Trainings, roundtables and 1:1s only happen in person.
